This exclusive event on Friday, December 13th, at 6:00 PM, features five exquisite courses paired with five selected wines. This is not a formal sit-down dinner; this is a sophisticated cocktail party setting with high-top tables, perfect for walking around, mingling, and enjoying great conversation. Indulge in an unforgettable, luxurious night of food and wine!

The Five-Course Menu & Wine Pairings

  • Act I: Caviar and Belgiun Waffles with Italian Sturgeon Osetra Caviar, Crème Fraiche, and snipped chives.

    • Wine Pairing: Paula Kornell, Brut Methode Champenoise NV

  • Act II: NC Scallops wrapped in Bacon on Rosemary Skewers served over Italian Risotto.

  • Act III: French Tartlet with Artichokes, Spinach and Gruyere, accompanied by Baby Arugula.

About Your Chef, Jud Flynn: Chef Jud Flynn is the chef/owner of Onsite Culinary and a former Senior Executive Chef of Virginia Tech University, where he oversaw all catering operations and served over 10,000 meals a day. Chef Flynn is a graduate of the New England Culinary Institute, and his achievements include appearances on the Food Network and winning 56 national and international culinary medals, including at the World Culinary Olympics.

The Experience: This is a truly unique culinary demonstration and 4-course meal. You'll be seated at the chef's table to watch Chef Flynn's plating and preparation techniques up close. Each course is expertly paired with curated wines, and you'll receive an in-depth discussion on each pairing to elevate your tasting experience. The featured wines will also be available to purchase after the dinner, by the bottle or the case.

Pricing, Capacity & Booking:

  • Cost: The total all-inclusive cost is $165 per person.

  • VIP Seating: The first 14 guests to sign up will receive exclusive VIP seating at the chef's table.
