COURSE Description:
Our Cooking Class Chef Demonstration Classes are held at On-Site Culinary’s Catering Kitchen, located at 2090 Brooksfield Rd., Blacksburg, VA. Cooking methods and classical technique form the backbone of a great culinary foundation. Our Chef Instructors will demonstrate and teach you these essential techniques for preparing vegetables, meats, stocks, and sauces, as well as baking and pastry.
Class Details:
Group classes: (Two-person) minimum sign-up per class
Cost: $125 per participant inclusive
Includes: A meal and two glasses of wine. Non-alcoholic beverages are also available.
