Celebrate the art of romance—or the joy of great friendship—with an unforgettable candlelit evening at Beliveau Winery. Renowned Chef Jud Flynn has designed a stunning five-course culinary journey, with each "Act" perfectly paired with an award-winning Beliveau wine.

From the first pour of Bubbly Rosé to a decadent chocolate finish, this is a night dedicated to indulgence, elegance, and incredible flavor.

The Menu

Pre-Act: Hors D’Oeuvres

  • Italian Bruschetta with whipped Ricotta and Roasted Tomatoes

  • Mini Pimento Cheese & Bacon Balls with a Pretzel Skewer

  • Brown Sugar Glazed Water Chestnuts wrapped in Bacon

  • Pairing: Bubbly Rosé

Act I: Gulf Coast Prawns

  • Sautéed Prawns with bacon, mushrooms, garlic, and herbs over Italian Polenta, finished with a White Wine butter sauce.

  • Pairing: Destiny Vidal Blanc

Act II: Vegetable Terrine Salad

  • Grilled Vegetable Terrine layered with fresh herbs and Provolone, served with Field Greens, Balsamic reduction, and a Parmesan tuille.

  • Pairing: Afternoon Delight

Main Act: Beef and Reef Oscar

  • Pan-Seared Filet Mignon and Jumbo Lump Crabmeat topped with Demi-Glace and Béarnaise Sauce. Served with whipped potatoes and fresh asparagus.

  • Pairing: Cabernet Franc Reserve

Act IV: Bavarian Cream Chocolate Tulip

  • Vanilla Bean and Banana Fosters Bavarian Cream nestled in a chocolate tulip and topped with crisp phyllo.

  • Pairing: Crazy Professor Vidal Blanc
