WHO WE ARE:
Chef Jud Flynn, the chef and owner of the establishment, holds the distinction of having served as the former Senior Executive Chef at Virginia Tech University. During his tenure, he oversaw all catering operations, ensuring the provision of approximately 10,000 meals daily. Drawing upon his extensive knowledge and extensive experience, Chef Flynn is adept at crafting catering menus that precisely meet the specific requirements of his clients.
A graduate of the New England Culinary Institute in Montpelier, Vermont, Chef Flynn has garnered numerous accolades, including appearances on the Food Network and the prestigious distinction of winning 56 national and international medals in culinary competitions. Notably, he emerged victorious at the World Culinary Olympics held in Erfurt, Germany.
