Join the OSC Culinary Team in a Culinary Education on how to make some of your favorite Restaurant dishes

Saturday, January 7th | Class starts at 6:00 PM (fifteen minutes early)

• Class One: Tour of Asian Dishes

  • Japanese Steak House “Teppanyaki”: You’ll learn how to make authentic Teriyaki, and Ginger sauces. Teppanyaki Steak, Chicken, and Fried Rice dishes.

  • General Tso’s Chinese Chicken: In this class, you’ll learn where the dish originated and how to make it from start to finish.

  • Thai Drunken Noodles: You’ll learn about the different ingredients, sauce making, and stir-frying techniques.

  • Bar services are available for purchase
