Join us for an exclusive culinary performance as we share acclaimed Virginia winemaker Jake Busching Wines for a five-course wine dinner. Known for his "thoughtful" approach to viticulture and deep roots in the Monticello AVA, Jake’s wines are a true expression of our local terroir.
Chef Judd has curated a theatrical "Five-Act" menu, expertly pairing each course to elevate the nuances of these exceptional small-lot and barrel-aged selections.
The Program
First Act
The Dish: Maine Lobster Tail with Tarragon-scented Israeli Couscous and Asiago Cheese.

Second Act
The Dish: Poached Pear with Gorgonzola and Pecan Praline, served over Buttercup Lettuce with a Phyllo Crisp and Honey-Dijon Vinaigrette.
