Our Chef Instructors will guide you through the vibrant flavors of Creole and Cajun cuisine, teaching you how to prepare classic New Orleans dishes with a modern twist. A Note on Travel: We want to ensure all of our guests have a safe and enjoyable evening. As there will be wine pairings with dinner, we highly encourage you to use Uber or Lyft or to carpool. To allow you to fully enjoy our wine pairings without any worries, we recommend arranging for transportation home, as the road to the property has some sharp turns.
